“If you haven’t heard about these guys, you soon will have. Phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal.” – Jericho Keys, BBC Introducing
The Buffalo Skinners started out as a busking band in 2010, channelling old folk & skiffle heroes to appreciative ears in northern coastal towns. Four years together now finds them leaning towards a fuller electric sound borrowing from 60’s rock & roll, British invasion bands & still, from their first love, folk.
Last year they recorded their yet to be released second album ‘The Other Nine-to-Five’ in Los Angeles & performed at Hollywood’s most exciting venues including; ‘Hotel Cafe,’ ‘The Spare Room’ at The Roosevelt Hotel, ‘Harvard & Stone’ & ‘The Satellite.’
The band are back together to play UK festivals & a 10 date British tour to promote their new record. They have previously warmed stages for the likes of Guillemotts, Ellen & The Escapades, Ocean Colour Scene & Mama Rosin.
